We begin with stakeholder interviews and audits (technology, analytics, SEO, performance). We define goals and KPIs, prototype UX/UI, validate with user feedback or A/B tests, and ship in sprints. Every release includes QA plus performance and accessibility checks. Tracking is implemented from day one with dashboards so decisions are evidence-based, not opinion-based.
