The platform has been on the market for over a decade. However, without regular updates, it no longer met modern usability and accessibility standards. In addition, the codebase relied on niche technologies with limited support. We took full responsibility for project and team management — from requirements definition and work breakdown to daily planning and prioritization. As a result, we delivered a modern, intuitive solution aligned with current web accessibility standards. The platform is fully responsive across web, desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and supports users with visual impairments through optimized typography, improved color contrast, and clear visual indicators.
