Airbnb's third-annual global conference, the Airbnb Open, welcomed 20,000+ hosts from 100+ countries to LA for a week of social collaboration, learning, speaker panels and specialty classes, capped off by a star-studded awards show and music. For a modern brand like Airbnb, the mobile and digital experience was a prime focus to engage users before, during and after the event, with smartly crafted applications that facilitate the best experience possible.

The leading daily mobility and stretching app wanted to re-invest in its suite of digital applications in order to adapt to modern environments and to be in a position to responsibly scale to a fast-growing demand. Utility had originally partnered with pliability to redesign and rebuild the iOS App, Android App, and Web App, in order reach a more global audience.

Forbes, a 100-year-old content and publishing leader, was looking to bring its robust video content offering to a wider global community. At the same time, Forbes was making a major investment in entrepreneurship content for all regions of the world, including a major kickoff effort in Africa to support its burgeoning startup and business growth in recent years. Utility partnered with Forbes to design and develop a full video ecosystem from scratch, that would house all video content, streaming events, and daily video TV lineups in order to reach the global audience at scale.

Coca-Cola, as part of its core North America mobile application, wanted to further utilize the "sip and scan" feature on bottles and cans to engage users with immersive moble-only experiences, using Augmented Reality (A/R) and other modern technologies. Utility was brought in by global agency AKQA to work with Coca-Cola.

The inaugural year of the Jr. NBA World Championship, the NBA's version of the Little League World Series, planned to launch in a big way, both domestically and internationally. The NBA needed a partner to join forces to produce all of the digital tools and platforms for users, teams and fans to experience the events and tournament play.
