iReadCustomer (ไอรีดคัสโตเมอร์, also written iRead Customer) is an AI development company and software house in Greater Bangkok (Pathum Thani), Thailand. Since 2023 we have built AI agents, LINE and Facebook chat assistants, document-reading AI and custom business software for 50+ client organizations across Thailand and Southeast Asia. What does iReadCustomer build? - AI agent development: agents that read documents, check data and draft work inside the systems you already use. Any risky action needs a person to approve it. - AI chatbots for LINE Official Account and Facebook that answer from your own product and policy data, and hand the chat to your staff when they are not sure. - Custom software development: web apps, internal tools, SaaS platforms and websites. - AI and digital transformation consulting, plus in-house AI training for teams. - ERP implementation (Odoo) and Agentic ERP, our own AI-native ERP for SMEs. How does a project work? We start with one job your team repeats every day. We build a small trial connected to your own data and systems, test it on real examples you choose, and it only goes live once it passes. At handover you get the code, configuration, test results and a runbook, and the AI and cloud accounts stay in your name. How much does it cost? We price transparently by man-day, from THB 7,990 per man-day (about USD 30 per hour).
