Dreamers modernized a public-sector casework and financial tracking platform with secure cloud architecture, AI-assisted workflows, and governance around sensitive operational records. The work combined application modernization, data and workflow design, AWS GovCloud-oriented engineering, and careful AI integration so staff could search, track, and act on information without weakening reliability or control.

HyperCite: Advanced AI for Court Technology Hypercite was born from a marriage between one of the world's top appellate law practices and Dreamers Inc. Dennis Temko had ideas for major innovations in the document drafting and filing process, and we coded them into reality (patent awarded in 2021). In the 1990's, hyperlinks gave way to what we now know as the internet (hello world). Hypercite applies the same revolutionary concept to legal documents, building a network of documents to ease the process of checking citation veracity. The product brings artificial intelligence to the world of law, processing and hyperlinking legal documents to increase the efficiency of reviewing court documents and ultimately, saving lawyers a lot of time. We all know how much lawyers charge, so you can imagine the benefit to everyone.
This project preceeded the publication of ChatGPT as a service, and also outperforms it in certain tasks related to STEM education management. We helped FutureEngineers structure a compelling research proposal, securing over $1 million in SBIR Phase II funding. Our team then led the development and execution of a randomized controlled trial, demonstrating that increased specificity in feedback enhances student performance, while a more positive tone boosts engagement. To meet this challenge, we built custom language models tailored for this educational context—models that outperformed contemporar y LLMs in delivering effective, targeted feedback . Notably, our solution was developed before modern transformer-based LLMs became widely available, positioning it as a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven education.
Wuxn Labs are dedicated to facilitating the revolution that is 3D printing. We were contracted to express Wuxn's vision in the language of software that talks to the printers. To create a lot of change, we take a lot of big risks. The WX1™ is a second-generation highly powered professional 3D printer designed from the ground up based upon customer feedback. Wuxn’s team of engineers got right to work developing the most user friendly, reliable, and precise prosumer 3D machine on the market & we believe they succeeded. For example, As coronavirus spread rapidly the need for medical personal protective equipment (PPE) became too overwhelming for traditional manufacturing techniques. Wuxn™ and the global maker community came together and created open source designs to 3D print and distributed millions of PPE instruments to our health heroes. As a forward thinking company, we are happy to contribute to the kinds of technology that are rapidly changing our virtual and physical worlds, and especially interested in the interface between the two.
Dreamers Inc was contracted by Montana Child Support, LLC to build algorithms to automate tax calculations used by the government and law firms. The program is currently in use by over three hundred attorneys and law firms, government agencies, non-profit organizations and by the judiciary throughout the state of Montana. We are responsible for design, architecture, web development, database management and algorithm construction.
Colorline is the first software of its kind for two reasons: it automates a process that was previously unaddressed, and it does so by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning to make instantaneous a process that could be very compute-intensive. The software allows attorneys to upload and analyze internal documents to compare differences and find errors and precedents. Previous software that enables document comparisons are only capable of comparing two documents. Colorline allows a firm to upload their entire body of documents and compare them in a single interface. In the past, this has all been done by hand, which is painstaking, inefficient and expensive for everyone involved, costing both clients and firms a lot of time and money and producing lower quality results.
Spendlogic is a service that verifies defense contracts to prevent overspending. The service utilizes a complex set of rules and algorithms that come straight out of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This, in turn, saves tax dollars and prevents government contractors from seeing negative results in audits. Our team works closely within SpendLogic, heading the technology development and implementation behind the product. SpendLogic a complex initiative being adopted by more and more high profile institutions and trusted by companies such as Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, British Aerospace and Engineering, Insitu (A Boeing Company), Ball Aerospace, Science Applications International Corporation, and General Atomics.
