We hired Celadon to develop the MVP for our e-marketplace platform designed to connect home builders with service providers for construction, renovation, and property management. They handled the entire development lifecycle: starting with wireframes and design, then moving on to build the mobile app using React Native for both iOS and Android, as well as a web app using Python for our admin panel. The key feature we needed was complex — users had to be able to find land on a map, customize pre-approved house designs, explore financing, apply for permits, and even track construction progress with inspector reports. Celadon delivered on all of that. The team worked in two-week sprints using an agile methodology, which gave us great visibility into their progress. The project manager was communicative and easy to reach via Jira, email, or Telegram. They took scope changes in stride and were willing to adapt mid-project without disrupting the timeline. We have tested the final MVP with focus groups, and initial feedback on the design and user experience has been overwhelmingly positive. While their development speed was average, we felt the quality of the work and the user experience justified the pace. They delivered a solid, feature-rich platform that is now ready for publication whenever our marketing team is set to launch.
