One of the common areas these relationships can breakdown is if tasks aren't delivered on time or if the partner organization is unable to see the product with the same eyes as the sponsoring organization. byVoice has been aligned with our vision and has had the appropriate processes to keep aligned. As such, the product we've built with them has fulfilled our vision. Importantly, we feel the code has been written to a high standard and we're confident that, were we ever to inhouse it, we could maintain it and not be hindered by technical debt.
