Azilen partnered with Europe-based Performance Management Software solutions provider to develop a robust, AI-powered platform that delivers intelligent performance evaluation insights & recommendations that enables businesses to drive meaningful evaluations & career growth across geographies.

This project outlines our collaboration with a leading FinTech firm to develop an advanced advisory financial copilot. Designed for financial advisors and tax professionals, the platform integrates features such as voice interaction and a 3D avatar to deliver an intuitive and immersive user experience. The client is a leading FinTech firm focused on platforms for financial advisors and tax professionals. They aim to enhance advisory efficiency through advanced AI solutions that provide precise and timely information retrieval. We developed the financial copilot by integrating advanced features. This involved implementing a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach to enhance query accuracy, integrating a voice-enabled 3D avatar for interactive responses, and ensuring data security through selective information processing.

This project discusses Azilen’s engagement with one of its clients, a renowned retail solution provider that offers employee-friendly workforce management, performance optimization, and staff engagement solutions. The aim was to implement advanced AI-ML-powered mechanisms for retail store analysis, incorporating automated shift scheduling through multiple AI-enabled rules and configurations to streamline in-store operations and increase workforce productivity. The client is an end-to-end retail operations solution provider that optimizes the workforce, engages store associates & drives sales performance. A collaborative AI-enabled shift scheduling software was developed using supervised and unsupervised ML models, leveraging topic modeling and clustering techniques for fair and balanced schedules, to reduce administrative overhead.

The current DMX lighting control software had performance, usability, and data integrity limitations, impacting its reliability and scalability across diverse clientele in the entertainment lighting and home automation domain. The client needed to enhance their existing platform with advanced Light engineering and technology to manage and control various lighting systems seamlessly. Azilen conducted a thorough technology audit, identified and mitigated key issues of an existing system, and successfully migrated the client’s existing software from Angular to React, enhancing performance, scalability, and laying a foundation for future innovations.

The client is a HealthTech innovator dedicated to making at-home care more accessible, safe, and technology-driven. They specialize in solutions that blend medical expertise with intelligent technologies to improve everyday patient experiences. We engineered a mobile app that transforms a smartphone camera into a smart medical guide, specifically designed to support self-injection and blood testing at home.

Azilen engaged on modernization of a IoT remote monitoring solution that helps saving lives of First responders & High-Risk workers by telemetric monitoring of health vitals devices, including chest belts, smart armbands. The solution was enhanced with larger monitoring capabilities of key vitals like heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, activity and fall alerts.

Azilen partnered with a European digital signage company to develop a high-performance omnichannel customer experience solution for large venues like malls, airports, and hospitals. The solution includes interactive touchscreen kiosks with indoor map services, real-time touch log analytics, ADA-compliant wayfinding, and integrated CMS for efficient content management. Visitors can navigate seamlessly using kiosk applications or scan QR codes for mobile navigation. Built on scalable AWS architecture with tools like Visio Globe, Strapi CMS, and Looker analytics, the solution has been deployed in 25+ venues, achieving 4x improved visitor satisfaction and a 68% increase in repeat visits.
