We partnered with Next Level Sports Umpire to design and build a highly configurable league management and playoff scheduling system, tailored for multi-organization and multi-season use cases. The platform supports diverse user roles (League Admins, Organization Admins, Sub Admins, Coaches, and Players/Public) with fine-grained permissions and approval workflows. Some of the key highlights include: a) Advanced Scheduling Engine with multiple season scheduling, linked team scheduling rules, conflict management, and a reschedule approval workflow. b) Organization & Role Management with separate management of organizations, CSV/Excel import, multi-role switching, and a new “Organization Sub Admin” role. c) Playoff Game Scheduler with seeding methods, bracket generation, higher-seed home field logic, and real-time monitoring of playoff progression with automated score updates. d) Multi-level interfaces for admins, coaches, and public users, ensuring each group had the right access and visibility. e) Integrations such as Arbiter API, Excel exports, and flexible notification preferences (Email, SMS, in-app push). This project sharpened our expertise in handling the complexities of playoff bracket logic, multi-role workflows, and large-scale organizational management.

The system replicates the real NCLEX testing environment, featuring both CAT-based adaptive exams and manual/custom practice modes, each following distinct navigation, timing, and scoring behaviors. The platform includes a structured Subject ? Topic hierarchy, enabling targeted practice and topic-wise analytics, while supporting all Next-Gen question types such as multiple-response, case-based, and clinical scenario questions. Both students and administrators benefit from dedicated interfaces — students can attempt adaptive or practice tests, receive detailed performance reports, and track progress over time, while administrators can manage the entire question bank, monitor student activity, and analyze aggregate performance trends. We also built a robust delivery and logistics management platform for Bethel Farms named as FarmSync (www.farmsync.app), BethalFarm is a major sod and lawn product supplier in Florida. They were using Acumatica ERP, but lacked a delivery coordination tool. We stepped in to build a mobile-first solution with custom route planning, task assignments, and tracking interfaces for dispatchers, loaders, drivers (including third-party ones), and merchandisers. It included: - Custom applications for in-house use, facilitating efficient interactions between Dispatchers, Loaders, and Drivers. - Seamless integration with the ERP system allows shipment order details to flow into the platform's web interface via API services. - The platform generates optimized linear routes based on various factors, such as truck capacity, ensuring efficient delivery operations. - Accessibility across both web and mobile platforms, allowing users to manage load pickups and deliveries, with proof of delivery options such as e-Sign, Geo-based photos, and notes. - Real-time functionality using GPS services, enabling dispatchers to monitor delivery statuses, track vehicle locations, and access performance metrics through an integrated dashboard. - Dedicated Job Board for third-party drivers to access published load within their mobile application. - The platform easily adapts to changes in delivery schedules, stop sequences, and emergency alerts, enhancing overall efficiency.
