They packed in real time stats, smooth links to our main data, and reports you can tweak, all wrapped in an interface that's dead simple for field staff who aren't tech wizards. Across six months, they handled tweaks like extra security for health info and battery tweaks for long days without extra costs or slip-ups. Quick chats on Slack daily and check ins every couple weeks meant our ideas got folded in fast, like we were right there building it. Launch support was great too-quick how-to sessions for the team and a tiny glitch fixed same night. After years directing these projects, it's rare to find folks who get the industry and plan ahead like that efficiency's up over 35% now, and everyone's loving it. Already eyeing the next app with them.
