We brought Simpalm to build a mobile app for our investment business that needed to work cleanly on both iOS and Android. The main priority was giving users a reliable experience without making the interface overly complicated. Since we wanted native performance, they handled development in Swift and Kotlin rather than pushing a shortcut solution. The project took a little shaping in the beginning because our internal ideas were still moving around. We changed a few workflow screens after initial mockups, so there was some back-and-forth that probably added time. Once requirements settled, things moved better. Their team was practical about tradeoffs and usually explained why certain requests would take more effort than we expected. They shared builds throughout the process, which helped us catch issues before launch. They always got back quickly on all items and closed open items. The final app performs well, onboarding is smoother than our old process, and users have commented that it feels polished and easy to navigate. Overall, it was a solid engagement with real results.

We did not start with a clean slate, our initial concept for the app had already gone through a couple of revisions internally, and honestly, it was a bit messy by the time we brought Simpalm in. What stood out early was how they helped us untangle that thinking rather than just jumping straight into development. The process was not overly rigid. There were stretches where we would go back and forth on small features, especially around user flow, and I remember having to re-explain one section because I hadn’t communicated it clearly the first time. They adjusted without making it a big deal, which I appreciated. There was a short lull mid-project where progress felt slower than expected, but once we regrouped, things picked up again and moved steadily toward launch. The final app came out stable, and more importantly, usable in the way we intended. It was not perfect on the first pass, but they stuck with it until it felt right.
