This Project is an ongoing maintenance and Support for two SAAS Products which were already developed, a HR SAAS Website/Application and a Survey SAAS Website/Application. We started with Easyhire and then based on our performance were provided opportunity to work on the second Project as well. Challenge: 1. The website has fluctuating Data Load or traffic based on a particular Survey which no one is aware and sometimes there is no load and sometimes the load peaks. 2. Managing AWS Server loads and optimization of the application and the Server for peak performance. 3. This is a SAAS Application website which involves more than 10 Million plus records of Data which is managed in such a way to provide performance and Security. 4. The Survey Kiwi Product was bought recently and we have to start maintaining/Supporting it with no Documentation and support from the earlier development team. We provided maintenance and support service for the Pronokol Group live website which includes the Frontend and Backend. Pronokal has a Web Application which is dynamic and changes according to each country based on the ip address of the user accessing the website. Total there are 19 different websites and has different languages also. Challenge: 1. The same website will change according to country and people from one country cannot see the website of another country. For the rest of the world only the UK website is shown. Even for viewing the updates we need to make use of VPN. 2. Handled Website updates from teams in Argentina, Benelux, España, Italia, Portugal, Reino Unido, Uruguay, Alemania, Costa Rica, Perú, México (PnK), Brasil, República Dominicana, Suiza, México (PronoKal), Argentina (Pronokal) and UK. 3.
