Following our earlier work on Avtolider’s auto parts website and B2B portal, we helped the client expand their digital ecosystem with a custom logistics platform. The goal was to connect route planning, shipment handling, warehouse workflows, and driver operations in one system linked to the existing B2B ordering flow and internal tools. The platform became an operational layer between customer orders and real delivery execution. It supports route and zone management, mixed route planning, warehouse scanning through Electron terminal mode, and driver tools for schedules, shipment updates, returns, and payment tracking. The system also handles parcels, pallets, oversized orders, and dependency logic across routes, vehicles, warehouses, and schedules. A key challenge was building a stable product around complex business logic, multiple user roles, and real-time workflows. Our team synchronized the logistics module with the B2B ordering system and internal Avtolider tools, while also developing a separate route calculation engine for comparing delivery scenarios and identifying operational risks.
