This project focuses on streamlining the process of collecting and storing data from emails by automating its extraction and integration into a MySQL database. This project is designed to streamline and optimize the entire lifecycle of music file management, including downloading, organizing, processing, and uploading content. In the modern digital music environment, artists, producers, and content managers often face the challenge of handling large volumes of audio files across multiple platforms, formats, and sources. Manual handling of these files can be time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient, leading to inconsistencies in naming, tagging, storage, and distribution.

This project focuses on leveraging intelligent bots and automation technologies to streamline the processing of medical claims. In healthcare and insurance operations, handling medical claims is often time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to human error due to the large volume of data and complex compliance requirements. Intelligent bots, powered by robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-based decision systems, provide a solution to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

This project focuses on integrating Chrome Extensions, Playwright automation, and Flask-based web applications to create a robust, automated, and interactive workflow for web tasks. By combining the capabilities of browser automation, extension-based functionality, and Python web frameworks, this solution streamlines repetitive web interactions, improves efficiency, and enables dynamic web data management.

We developed a bot that fetches the most recent job postings by checking the latest date on the client’s website. It extracts the job description, generates keywords and personalized messages using ChatGPT, and then searches for candidates on LinkedIn. The bot sends customized messages to the candidates, addressing them by name.

The client requested a bot to fetch the latest job postings from their website, generate relevant keywords using ChatGPT, search for potential candidates, and send them personalized messages (including their names). For this case, the messages were to be sent using Recruiter Lite instead of LinkedIn messaging. We developed a bot that retrieves the latest job postings by identifying the most recent date on the client’s website. It extracts the job descriptions, generates keywords and personalized messages using ChatGPT, and searches for candidates on LinkedIn via Recruiter Lite. The bot then sends customized messages to the candidates, addressing them by name.

The client requested a bot to download the CVs of candidates from LinkedIn and send emails containing the CVs to a specified email address. The emails also needed to include a subject line provided by the client. So webuilt a bot that automates the process of downloading candidates’ CVs from LinkedIn. It then composes and sends emails with the client-specified subject line and attaches the CVs. These emails are sent to the designated email address provided by the client.

The client requested a bot to automate the process of downloading files from SharePoint. The folder location and link to the files would be provided in an email from a specific sender. The bot needed to start automatically upon receiving the email, perform complex manipulations on the downloaded Excel files, and then upload the processed files back to SharePoint. we developed a bot that monitors a specific email inbox for messages from the specified sender. When a new email is received, the bot extracts the folder location and link, downloads the Excel files from SharePoint, and performs the required complex data manipulations. After processing, the bot uploads the updated files back to the correct location on SharePoint. Additionally, we implemented an email-trigger mechanism to ensure the bot starts automatically whenever the email is received.

The client requires a robotic process automation solution to extract, process, and upload specific data from the Telelisting application. This project is tailored to the Telelisting Industry, optimizing the data extraction and processing workflow for efficient information management.
