The client wanted to build a modern digital cab-booking platform that would make it easier for customers to book and manage rides while giving drivers a simple and efficient way to manage incoming requests and active journeys. The goal was to create a connected experience that could handle the fast-moving nature of urban transportation, including pickup and destination selection, ride options, booking confirmation, driver availability, trip progress, estimated arrival information, and ride management.  Orbilect Labs designed and developed the responsive website and Android application with a focus on reducing booking friction, providing clear real-time information, and creating a consistent experience for both passengers and drivers. The project also included UI/UX design, maps integration, API connectivity, real-time services, and the underlying platform architecture.
