I am the founder of iQuQ, a social music platform built for iOS that lets every person in a room vote on what plays next instead of handing one person the aux cable and letting the night go sideways The core technical challenge was not the voting itself. It was keeping thirty connected devices showing the same queue update at the same moment while votes are coming in live, without any participant being able to game the system through repeat submissions, and without the host override disrupting the session visibly. Those three things had to work simultaneously or the social experience falls apart entirely We engaged Junkies Coder as our development partner. They are a company from India and our initial concern was whether the distance and time zone difference would slow the build down at critical points. It did not. Responses came consistently, decisions were made without requiring us to follow up, and the technical approach they brought to the real-time synchronisation and voting fairness layer reflected a team that had thought through the architecture before we had finished describing the problem The Apple Music integration through MusicKit, the App Store submission process, and the QR code session onboarding were all handled without those becoming issues we needed to manage.
