I am the Product of an information technology company providing a privacy-enhancing alternative to Google Workspace/Notion. We engaged Instinctools to help us maintain our pace of development without cutting corners on product quality and UX/UI. We found them through a referral and selected them based on that recommendation. A team of 2–5 employees was assigned to our project, effectively supporting our internal team by contributing experienced and capable professionals. Instinctools has been a valuable partner for Fileverse, helping us sustain development speed while preserving high standards in both product quality and user experience. With the support of their product designers and QA engineers, we improved the quality of our zero-knowledge (ZK), end-to-end encrypted (e2ee), and self-sovereign products. What stood out most was their ability to proactively identify the right fit and solutions tailored to our specific needs. Instinctools consistently made our objectives their primary focus and provided a team of professionals who abstracted away operational aspects of the partnership, allowing us to concentrate on our core business. Their project management was strong: deliverables were on time, and follow-up was excellent. Communication was handled via email or messaging apps. Overall, their focus, professionalism, and ability to adapt to our needs were particularly impressive. There are no areas for improvement to note.

I am the HR manager of an IT project and development company. We partnered with Instinctools to support the development and maintenance of our products. Their scope of work includes backend and frontend development, as well as database management. The team has also developed a mobile app, a desktop app, and a workspace for our internal use. In total, we have worked with around ten members of their team. We found Instinctools through an online search and selected them due to their high ratings, competitive pricing, and strong value for cost. Our engagement began in July 2025 and is ongoing. As a result of the collaboration, we’ve received consistent reports and feedback, contributing to our company’s growth and enabling us to deliver new features to our customers. From a project management perspective, Instinctools delivers on time and maintains good communication through email and messaging apps. Whenever issues arise, they address them as quickly as possible. What stands out most is the quality of their developers and their strong communication. At this time, there are no areas for improvement to note.

The team demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering items on time and was highly responsive to client needs and feedback. The project met all the requirements, and was completed within time and budget. Our team productivity improved immediately. We have been able to expand the scope of our responsibilities without increasing the size of the team. We can now also work more intelligently with our documentation. The robust system has also allowed us to handle challenges quickly and effectively. The project manager was very good at understanding the issues, and delivered on time. We particularly appreciated that they rarely accepted solutions that we proposed; they applied their minds and counter-proposed better solutions. They used our outline spec to create a user-friendly and robust custom interface. For our custom document handling interface, we provided an outline specification. Instinctools not only implemented the specification, but they also added all the small, helpful HMI elements that makes the interface a pleasure to use. These elements were not included in our outline specification. They also added error checking and messages to make the system robust.

Instinctools does deliver on time and budget. The company proactively asks how they can support our efforts and provide ideas how to help us with very good candidates with expertise that either we requested or that instinctools identified to be missing. We were impressed by the professional way everyone at instinctools shows when working with them – from the account management to the engineers we work with.
