Overview Music Health is an AI-driven music intervention technology created to improve brain health outcomes. Addressing conditions from anxiety and depression to advanced Autism, the technology marks a new era in cognitive and mental health management. Music health, with its flagship app Vera, revolutionises dementia care through tailored music interventions that support both the caregiver and care recipient. Challenge The client aimed to leverage artificial intelligence via an existing website to combat dementia. Initially, the project started as a web application only. However, the product owners faced many browser issues. They needed help with enhancing their website and building a cross-platform mobile and tablet app. Solution Go Wombat undertook the task of improving both the mobile and web applications. By utilising React Native and integrating third-party SDKs, we achieved smooth integration and enhanced performance. Our implementation of diverse UI components facilitated the creation of intuitive interfaces. Furthermore, leveraging user data analysis, we customised an AI-powered music playlist to stimulate brain activity. We also incorporated a statistics dashboard for nurses to effortlessly monitor usage and manage music selections, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Result We've launched a versatile web application and developed mobile and tablet applications for iOS and Android platforms. Through analysis of user data including past residences, music preferences, and language, our AI dynamically curates music playlists scientifically proven to stimulate brain activity. This solution serves individual users and retirement homes, offering customizable options and nurse oversight via dedicated interfaces.

The smart hotel solution for AndroidTV devices allows guests to directly communicate with hotel staff, order room service, explore the hotel, make reservations or simply consume their favourite content. The hotel administrator is able to set up what information to broadcast and display on TV for a specific room in the hotel. Challenge It was a challenge to create a system to administer all possible processes in the hotel: from check-in to ordering food or movies to check-out. The project is written on Python 2.7 - a rather outdated version that needs to be supported to be rewritten on Python3. Solution Supported the current project code as the program has been installed in many existing hotels. To move to a new version of Python, we decided to rewrite the project in parts and then test it completely. To create an interface for administering content, hotel rooms, and staff - we used a new operating system from Samsung - Tizen OS. Result During 5 years of cooperation, we have rewritten the old project code into a new version. Now hotels or hotel chains that use Viggo CMS platform can bring a new level of services for the guests. We created applications integrated to the TizenOS for the guest - who can view and manage the necessary information on Samsung TVs. Also, we updated the interface for the hotel administrator where he can manage content and interact with guests. Many features were added to Viggo CMS: online chat, personal flight information, guest statistics, reports, automate billings for the guests and others. All these features helps hotel owners generate increased revenue while offering a personalized guest experience.
