The starting point was a technically outdated shop with long loading times, no consistent mobile view and a navigation in which nobody found their way. Online shop for packaging technology. An extensive range of high-priced machines that need explanation and were hard to browse. At these prices trust decides: whoever orders a machine for a four-figure amount wants to know who delivers, who installs it and whom to call when something sticks. We rebuilt structure and navigation, reworked the product pages and simplified the checkout. Delivery, installation and contact details now appear where the question comes up, and the range is sorted so a machine can be found even without knowing its name. Consulting is ongoing. Online shop for jewellery. The shop did not convey the value of the pieces: the design looked dated, and the navigation did not match the way people search for jewellery. We created a new design with large, calm product views, a navigation built around occasions instead of product groups, and imagery that matches the price of the goods.
