Qvise (Quality Vertex Integrated System Engineering Pvt. Ltd.), a defence and commercial engineering firm operating globally, needed a single HR platform that could run multiple company entities without their data, staff, or settings crossing over, while still giving admins a consolidated group-wide view when needed. Genius Logix designed and built a multi-company HR system covering the full employee lifecycle end to end: hiring requests, interviews, onboarding, biometric attendance (fingerprint and facial recognition), leave, shift management, and project/task tracking, all governed by role-based access control across Admin, HR Manager, Manager, Employee, and Guest roles. Every meaningful action, company creation, role changes, attendance corrections, resignation or termination status changes, is written to an audit log for full traceability. The result is a platform that scales with the company rather than a spreadsheet: onboarding and offboarding now drive system access automatically, biometric attendance eliminates proxy clock-ins, and adding a new company, department, or role requires no redesign.

Infobyne, a full-service creative enterprise, needed an internal communication tool built around how the agency actually runs, multiple concurrent client projects, a clear reporting hierarchy, and a need for strict, permission-based access rather than an open team-chat setup. Genius Logix designed and built Sling, a custom internal messaging platform with JWT-based authentication and role-based access control baked in from the first design decision: company data is isolated by default, contact visibility follows the org chart (Superadmins/CEOs/CTOs see the full directory, Directors and Managers see their own company, employees see their own colleagues), cross-company communication requires explicit approval, and unauthorized contacts don't even surface in directory search, with one deliberate exception allowing leadership to message any employee directly without waiting on approval. Beyond messaging, Sling includes real-time direct messaging with audio/video calling, voice notes, file sharing, and pinning; scoped workspace groups for project teams instead of one company-wide channel; a searchable, permission-aware company directory; full audit logging of logins, messages, calls, and permission changes; and a built-in Report Task module that lets every employee log daily, project-wise task entries and hours (including backfilling past dates) inside the same app they already use to communicate. The result is a single platform that handles both internal communication and project accountability, with permissioning enforced by default rather than configured after the fact, giving Infobyne one always-on view of who worked on what, across every live project, without a parallel spreadsheet process.
