Folio3 Salesforce

Folio3 did a great job in scoping the request and keeping communication going throughout the task This was a very ambiguous request and they managed to troubleshoot the issue and explore different options. I would hire them again.

We are using Salesforce Sales Cloud. We have used Folio3 over the last 3+ years for many projects, including org merges, complicated workflows and enhancements. The challenge our organization faced is allowing multiple leads to be associated to a single opportunity as well as multiple opportunities created from one lead without disturbing the OTB workflow from lead to opportunity. Folio3 is very detailed in the work. They are experts. They can explain complicated tasks so even the novice in the room can understand. Appropriate and reasonable timelines are assigned so that there are no issues with any tasks for transition. The project closed without any hang ups or hold ups and we continue to do enhancements on the application with Folio3.

Team I worked with on this project is pretty awesome. They took it like it was their own project and delivered it timely with quality. I was very lucky to find them and am planning to have them as my Technical partner completely. I loved the way they lead the project and gave me detailed updates. There wasn't a time in project where I would find myself left out. Great work by these experts and thank you for being there when I needed it most for the project.
