We rebuilt Xweather's entire website from the ground up — not a content migration, but a complete rethinking of site structure, user journeys, and content strategy. We delivered a performant, SEO-first marketing platform on Next.js and Storyblok with 77 modular section components in a page builder, giving the marketing team full autonomy to create and manage pages without developer involvement. The project included complex data visualizations (interactive lightning density maps, CSV-driven charts), performant scroll-driven animations, and a custom migration pipeline that transferred ~150 blog articles and client stories from DatoCMS to Storyblok.
