I would like to formally file a complaint against a company called Delante (website: www.ppc-delante.com/login). In January 2025, while I was still recovering from a stroke, I was approached by Delante with what they presented as a legitimate investment opportunity. The company showed professional-looking dashboards, promised consistent results, and initially everything appeared to function normally. However, once funds were deposited, the situation changed completely. I have lost approximately USD 63,000, and for several months I have been trying to withdraw my own money in order to pay for essential medical expenses and medications. My withdrawal requests have either been ignored or delayed, and when I do receive a response, I am told that I must deposit additional funds in order to unlock or withdraw my balance. A few weeks ago, I was informed by Delante that I would need to have at least USD 5,000 deposited in a Crypto.com account in order to receive my funds. I clearly explained that I do not have this amount of money. After that conversation, all communication stopped. Since then, no one from the company has responded to my messages or requests. This requirement was never disclosed upfront and represents a clear and unacceptable change of rules after the investment was made. The lack of transparency, constant changes in conditions, refusal to process withdrawals, and complete absence of customer support strongly indicate that this company operates in a manner consistent with a financial scam. Delante appears to deliberately trap users’ funds by continuously imposing new conditions and deposit requirements, making it nearly impossible to recover invested capital. I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, this company should be investigated, and I am submitting this complaint to protect other potential victims from suffering similar financial, emotional, and medical hardship.
