Cue North partnered with the Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia (NNPBC) to design and build the NP Funding Hub, a self-service portal that allows nurse practitioners to manage funding claims and view program balances in one place. The platform provides visibility into submitted claims, funding eligibility, and claim status across multiple provincial programs, reducing manual work to respond to individual queries. Built using Glide and integrated with NNPBC’s existing Airtable workflows, the portal has significantly reduced administrative workload for the NP Provincial Initiatives Program team while improving the user experience for nearly 500 nurse practitioners across British Columbia.
