The architectural design of the platform is scalable. Security Audit based on the OWASP checklist has been performed with zero issues. The design is responsive. A lot of thought has been put into making the users feel comfortable while using the platform including the choice of colors(for example, we have rarely used bright red). We have maintained a color palette uniform, user experience smooth, buttons slick, minimized barrier of entry, fewer clicks as much as possible, etc. We have integrated discourse as a community forum with our platform to help healthcare practitioners provide more information on topics and help parents gain more information.
