Davey Japan is an e-commerce platform designed to connect contractors and suppliers of used cars in Japan, enabling a streamlined auction and purchasing process. The system supports end-to-end transactions, from listing and bidding to invoicing, shipment tracking, and final purchase. Delivered under an Offshore Development Center (ODC) model, the project focused on improving system usability, aligning product features with business needs, and overcoming limitations from the previous implementation.
