As MechCo expanded, they struggled with fragmented project oversight, siloed data systems, paper-based documentation, and inaccurate cost estimation that threatened their competitive position in the AEC industry. The implementation delivered an integrated suite of Dynamics 365 applications including Sales, Project Management, Foreman, Labor, and Scheduling Apps, plus Invoice Automation and QuickBooks integration.
